Clay from various destinations, prepared and cast, stamped, fired and glazed – 2019
On my walks along the coasts of Europe I collect 'wild clay' from different sources. After preparation, I cast and fire standardised bowls from the clay samples and catalogue them according to their place of origin. I complete the series with coordinated glaze mixtures.
